mestudio policies are to inform customers of company guidelines and procedures. Under all circumstances mestudio has the right to act on accordance with company procedures and policies. mestudio upholds the highest ethics in business and will follow company procedures and policies at all times. mestudio reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice:
- to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the mestudio, or to any portion of mestudio, for any reason;
- to modify or change the mestudio, or any portion of mestudio, and any applicable policies or terms; and
- to interrupt the operation of the mestudio,, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.
Policy 1: mestudio does not permit the refund of any purchased design and/or purchased printed material.
Policy 2: mestudio is not responsible for low quality print files (bad color, poor lighting, and/or low resolution) uploaded by a customer. mestudio recommends that customers carefully review all submitted print files to prohibit error.
Policy 3: This policy is referring to a shopper and/or customer whom are demeaning to mestudio employees. This is accomplished through the use of offensive remarks and/or aggressive behavior. mestudio has full right to refuse services to any business, company, or organization who practices this behavior. This call of action will be used at the discretion of mestudio senior designers and/or managerial staff.
Policy 4: This policy is referring to a print design and/or logo design order. mestudio charges an additional $100 an hour for design services that have exceeded three revised design concepts. If a print design and/or logo design has exceeded three revisions, the order is complete. Thus, for a newly revised design concept, a further transaction must occur.
